Description of products

Each product is sold subject to its product description. Privilege Interiors takes every reasonable care to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices of our products appearing on the website are correct at the time the information was entered. Although we try to keep the website up to date, the information, including product descriptions, on this website at any time may not always reflect the position at the moment when an order is placed.

Colours and Finish

It is virtually impossible to portray accurately the colours of our mirrors and other products in a picture on a website. Colour or shade differences cannot therefore be accepted as a fault.

Orders

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Privilege Interiors will take place on despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

If there are any problems with your order we at Privilege Interiors will contact you immediately.

Transactions

Privilege Interiors reserves the right to withdraw or change any products from this website at any time, without notice

By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information about you to third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit/credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the website.  The price of the product includes standard delivery to mainland UK.

Acceptance of Delivery

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. Therefore, any damage to the goods in transit, shortages or incorrect goods delivered must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.  We will arrange to collect and replace any damaged product free of charge.

Customer Collections

You may collect finished products from our studio, however this is by appointment. If we are not informed, we may not have your goods ready for collection. Therefore please call or e-mail ahead of collection to ensure your item is in stock and ready for you to collect. Please also ensure that the vehicle you bring is large enough for your products to fit.

All customers are welcome to visit our showroom to browse and purchase.

General Returns

If you wish to return goods to Privilege Interiors, please send them in the original packaging to the address below within 5 days of receipt. Please be aware that there will be a 15% charge and all refunds will be minus the original cost of delivery. Please carefully wrap return goods using the original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. Your statutory rights are not affected.
